ejercicios funcionales constantemente variados realizados en una alta intensidad, llamados WOD (work of the day).<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Es decir, es un programa insuperable para desarrollar las diez capacidades f\u00edsicas generales: resistencia cardiovascular, resistencia energ\u00e9tica, fuerza, flexibilidad, potencia, velocidad, coordinaci\u00f3n, agilidad, equilibrio y precisi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Es por esto, que el hecho de ser un programa dise\u00f1ado para ser f\u00e1cilmente adaptable lo convierte en el <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">sistema de entrenamiento perfecto para cualquier persona con motivaci\u00f3n, independientemente de su edad, sexo, capacidades o experiencia previa.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">La alimentaci\u00f3n al igual que en todos los deportes, ser\u00e1 aquella que proporcione al deportista un buen estado de salud y cubra todas sus necesidades nutricionales para realizar la actividad y rendir al m\u00e1ximo sin lesiones ni fatigas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"vertical-align:
